One of the front bedrooms does not have a closet, however, many houses of this age did not always have closets. The room size is large enough to add a closet or open up one of the closets from the adjoining room. The center hallway (5.8 X 27.5) is perfect additional space for a sitting/reading area, home schooling, or displaying special items. Yard features magnolia, pear, pecan, and crepe myrtle trees as well as gardening space. Outside storage building has been wired but not hooked up to the power. Partly insulated and has attached shed.
