Shoot Out Mountain has some fine folks! A few are full time residents and many are vacation and summer residents. There is a pavilion for large group picnics. Once a year they have their property owners meeting, a picnic after and then a country band after the dinner. They do not have a HOA, but pay a yearly road maintenance fee of $200 for vacant land. It is $300 per year with a home on the property.
